COVID 19 CANCEL POLICY

Covid 19 is not an unforeseen circumstance.  Refunds WILL NOT be given for events or parties that need to be postponed or cancelled due to Covid 19.  There are no exceptions to this policy.  Credit may be given for money paid to AZ Bounce Pro LLC for events for a future event date.  This credit will be issued at the sole discretion of AZ Bounce Pro LLC management.

DOES COVID 19 AFFECT THE PARTY RENTAL BUSINESS?

Yes!!!!!  Covid 19 and the subsequent shut downs and government mandates had an extremely detrimental effect on the entire special event industry.  It is estimated that 90% or more of event professionals were financially impacted negatively by the Covid 19 pandemic and shut downs.  When you cancel or postpone an event, that revenue is lost for that date for the rental company, and the hours of work are lost for many employees.  Even though events are FUN – they are serious business and the only livelihood for millions of event professionals.

WHAT IS AZ BOUNCE PRO’S STANCE ON VACCINES AND MASKS? 

We support our team members’ right to choose their health decisions.  A large majority of our staff is vaccinated.  We comply with all local mandates and regulations regarding masks and physical distancing.  We clean and sanitize our equipment – as we always have – even before Covid.  We have protocols in place for sick employees and provide paid leave when necessary.
